IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Tickets are valid for a single entry, expiring with validation.
- It is not allowed to leave and re-enter the park with the same ticket.
- Tickets have a set entry date and time, which you must select. If you do not comply with the set times, entry to the attraction is not guaranteed.
- Not combinable with other discounts and promotions.
- No exchanges or returns are made.
- Tickets include VAT at the legal rate in Portugal.
- Child tickets up to 12 years old, proof of age required.

- As we do not make any distinctions at Brickopolis, people with special needs are charged the same ticket price as adults or children. However, upon presentation of a Multi-Use Medical Certificate of Disability with a disability rating of over 60%, the person accompanying the certificate holder is granted free admission. This certificate must be presented at the entrance to Brickopolis. If you are a companion, please do not purchase a ticket online. In case of error, it will not be possible to refund the ticket price.
